
Office Administrator/Senior Paralegal Kaye Benak has more than 20 years paralegal experience in all types of litigation matters, both civil and criminal, at both the federal and state levels.
She is also experienced in family law, bankruptcy law, tort law, medical malpractice, and law office management.
Kaye is an adjunct faculty member at Metropolitan Community College, teaching Legal Research and Writing in the Paralegal Studies Program for the last 19 years.
She is past president of the Nebraska Paralegal Association and has served on numerous committees within the organization.
Kaye loves to golf and is an avid reader.

Paralegal Bethany Connor, JD, joined Family & Juvenile Law Omaha in 2011, after graduating with a Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University Law School in 2010.
Bethany was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 2011.
Prior to attending law school, Bethany earned her B.A. in philosophy from Northwest Missouri State University in 2007.
She has been involved in the community through volunteer work at the Omaha Children’s Museum and MICAH House.
